Abstract

The characteristic is given to the basic principles of the efficiency of the enterprises of the construction complex. A methodological apparatus has been developed that makes it possible to implement effective anti-crisis programs at these enterprises. The content of the concepts of complexity, manageability of a construction organization is disclosed. Specific organizational mechanisms are outlined. The stages of analysis of the state of enterprises during the reorganization of the management system in an unstable economic environment are formed. This analysis makes it possible to develop a rational structure for managing economically insolvent enterprises in the construction complex, and provides an increase in the level of organization of these enterprises as an open socio-economic system, which is very significant due to the special requirements for speed and validity of decisions in modern economic conditions.
