Принцип тайного голосования – конституционный принцип, гарантирующий гражданам Российской Федерации тайну их волеизъявления при голосовании на выборах в органы государственной власти, местного самоуправления и референдуме. В настоящее время распространено мнение о том, что тайна голосования в Российской Федерации изжила себя как принцип избирательного процесса и лишь способствует фальсификациям результатов выборов.
