Abstract

ملخص البحــــــــث: يتناول البحث تعريف التفاؤل لغة واصطلاحا وتحدي مفهومه بشکل دقيق، کما تناول تعريف مضاده و، هو: التطير، أو الطيرة. ثم ذکر مشروعية التفاؤل في الشريعة الإسلامية من حيث حکمه والأدلة على ذلک في الکتاب العزيز والسنة المطهرة. وختم الباحث بالتوصيات والمقترحات، وذيل البحث بفهرس للمصادر والمراجع وفهرسا للموضوعات. Abstract: It deals with the definition of optimism, linguistically and idiomatically, and challenging its concept in a precise way. Then he mentioned the legitimacy of optimism in Islamic law in terms of its ruling and the evidence for that in the Holy Book and the purified Sunnah. The researcher concluded with recommendations and suggestions, and the research was appended with an index of sources and references and an index of topics.
