Abstract
The article presents a comparative approach to the management systems of business structures based on logit-regression analysis. The scientific novelty and practical significance of the work lies in the development of an algorithm for the application of logit regression analysis using the explained and control variables necessary to understand the differences between the management systems of business structures. A methodology has been developed for measuring the quality of management systems of business structures for a certain period of time based on the size of the business structure, industry affiliation, territorial specialization.
