Abstract

The article discusses scientifically-research activity as factor of educator's professional skill increase. The author describes the profile of educator's development on a specific position and the trajectory of career growth based on his professional development. Attention was paid to the scientifically-research activity planning at the departmental educational organization of technical profile. As a result it was revealed that the educator's professional development in the process of scientifically-research activity is a process of professional development of competences.
