Abstract
The article reveals the measures of financial support of small and medium-sized businesses by the state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan as a factor of constant development of the region. The investments of entrepreneurs in the socio-economic development of the region are determined. The republic has created a set of measures aimed at the formation and maintenance of small and medium- sized enterprises (SMEs): consultations, benefits and financial instruments. In addition, training events are held that allow aspiring businessmen to deepen their knowledge and skills in various fields. In general, the set of these measures stimulates the development of small and medium-sized businesses, increases the number of jobs and contributes to economic growth.
