Abstract
The article discusses the circumstances that may affect the order of execution and conditions of serving compulsory and correctional labor. The article analyzes Russian regulatory legal acts that change the general status of citizens in the event of emergencies, the introduction of an emergency or martial law. Some proposals are being updated to change the penal enforcement legislation in the case of the transfer of organizations, regardless of their organizational and legal form, to a special mode of functioning that defines the range of duties of convicts serving mandatory and correctional labor that, for objective reasons, prevent the performance of duties for the appropriate type of punishment.
