Abstract

The article deals with the issues of personnel training for internal affairs bodies in the conditions of digitalization of the educational process and digital transformation of society and education. The main purpose of the work is to identify problems and clarify the main ways and pedagogical conditions for improving the effectiveness of professional training of law enforcement officers in the conditions of digital transformation.
 The author, on the basis of a learner-centered- social approach, carries out research on the theory and practice of the question posed through content analysis of scientific sources, monitoring of the work and analysis of the results of the activities of the teaching staff and heads of educational groups of territorial internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation included and substantiates possible ways to improve the professional training of employees of territorial internal affairs bodies.
