Abstract

The paper discusses the theoretical understanding of the influence of mediation technologies on the processes of social relationships. Social tension is often caused by the destabilization of key areas of human activity and becomes the cause of conflict confrontations. The work focuses on the social systems that form the basis of social relations – school, family, legal environment and work, in which mediation should be applied on an ongoing basis for the mandatory management of the conflict. A retrospective analysis allows you to look at the problem of social disagreements from the point of view of developing methods that allow you to take control of the conflict process. Such a solution will counterbalance the method of imperative conflict resolution without localizing the conflictive as the root cause of the confrontation. In the context of ensuring peaceful coexistence, conciliation procedures are an effective method of regulating tension in modern society and preventing interpersonal and social conflicts.
