Abstract

The aim of the current research is to identify the level of practice of strategies for dealing with outstanding students from the point of view of teachers and their principals. The researchers used a descriptive research approach, and the research sample consisted of (59) male and female teachers of outstanding school teachers distributed among (11) schools, and the research tool was a scale. Strategies for dealing with outstanding students were constructed and consist of (58) items distributed over four areas. The results showed a weak level of practicing strategies for dealing with outstanding students from the point of view of teachers themselves, as well as a weak level of practicing strategies for dealing with outstanding students from the point of view of principals. No differences appeared in the level of practices according to the variables of gender and specialization, and the researchers reached a set of recommendations and proposals in light of the research results.
