Abstract
The article considers the main problems of the development of state financial control in Ukraine, proposes strategic directions for modernizing the system of legal support for state financial control in accordance with European practice, as well as measures aimed at modernizing the system of state financial control in Ukraine taking into account the experience of the EU countries.
