Abstract

The article considers the application of the project-process approach in the framework of innovative business development on the example of vertically integrated company PJSC “Lukoil”. The project and process ap-proaches are researched, the key differences and advantages are named. It is proved that the synergy of pro-ject-process approach allows to achieve global goals of the organization more successfully on the basis of in-novative development of processes and project activities. In order to improve the efficiency of the company PJSC “Lukoil”, it is proposed to introduce a project management system based on Bastion Workflow into the project and process management system. The developed proposals help to find and commercialize new oil and gas fields with minimal costs, as well as to extract more resources from existing fields.
