Abstract

Characterized for the first time created its own database of VIEV (DB VIEV) of the nucleotide sequences of the pol gene BLV with different geographical localization of the pathogen, the array of which is 56 nucleotide sequences. The homogeneity of the studied population BLV by the pol gene was found, intragroup evolutionary distances were revealed, the degree of intragroup divergence by the pol gene, while averaging 2%. When new knowledge about the genetic structure of the identified population of the BLV database is obtained, the DB VIEV is regularly updated and became actual, the registered BLV database is obtained isolates are deposited in the international data bank – GenBank. Thus, 101 nucleotide sequences are deposited. Creating a database is caused by the need for quick and accurate analysis of a large amount of molecular data in order to increase the efficiency of molecular genetic monitoring and surveillance of retroviral infection.
