Abstract

The article deals with the problem of cultural adaptation of migrants as a condition that contributes to reducing the spread of extremism ideas, including settles on the Internet. The issues of cultural adaptation of migrants in the Russian Federation are regularly brought to the attention of society and various state structures. However, the lack of a comprehensive understanding of the integration policy and the issues of the approach to the adaptation of migrants significantly hampers the implementation of a comprehensive integration policy not only in Russia, but also in the entire world community. Issues of interethnic relations always will be relevant for such a multinational and multi-confessional country as Russian Federation, the measures proposed in the article are aimed at harmonizing interethnic and inter-confessional relations by forming attitudes to interethnic harmony and tolerant communication. The article reflects the concept of cultural adaptation and identifies the problems of integration of migrants in the international community on the example of the host country, as well as the measures taken by the Russian side to implement the migration policy. The article systematizes and analyzes approaches to the measures aimed at countering the spread of ideas of extremism through the cultural adaptation of persons permanently or temporarily residing in the territory of the Russian Federation.
