Abstract
The analysis of the results of complex treatment and prophylaxis of frequently ill children with chronic recurrent adenoiditis using polyvalent lysate consisting of inactivated antigens of 13 strains of pathogenic bacteria, the most common respiratory pathogens, including chronic adenoiditis: S.aureus, S.pyogenes, S.viridans, S.pneumoniae (типы TY1/EQ11, TY2/EQ22, TY3/EQ14, TY5/EQ15, TY8/EQ23, TY47/EQ24), K.pneumoniae, K.ozaenae, H.influenzae B, N.Сatarrhalis. It was established that complex therapy with the use of polyvalent bacterial lysate can reduce treatment time, reduce the number of abnormal discharge pharyngeal tonsil, reducing the number of episodes of acute respiratory infections, receiving systemic antibiotics and the frequency of exacerbations of chronic adenoiditis that helps to reduce the pill burden on the child’s body, helps to normalize functional and metabolic status of neutrophil surface of the pharyngeal tonsils, restore the contents of immunoglobulin classes A, M, G, interferon-gamma, interleukin 6.
