Abstract

Objective of the study - the study of the quality of the implementation of the total target setting of the process of physical education of students, the formation of their personal physical culture and the determination of the degree and nature of the assimilation and appropriation (internalization) of the values of physical culture by students when applying sports-oriented forms of physical education.   The methodological basis of the research. The study is based on the provisions of the methodological direction of physical education, developed by V.K. Balsevich, L.I. Lubysheva. This direction is associated with the use of sports, its means and other values for solving the problems of physical education of people and is a sports-oriented physical education.   Research results. A more positive impact of sports-oriented forms of physical education on the formation of personal physical and professionally applied physical culture of students of the first group was revealed. However, only the activation of motor activity through the use of sports-oriented forms does not provide a comprehensive solution to all the tasks of physical education, achieving the desired level of students' interiorization of physical culture values, which requires attention from the point of view of including aspects of theoretical and psychological training in its content, ensuring the process of students' interiorization of physical culture values.   Prospects of the study are connected with the further study of the content of theoretical and psychological aspects that ensure the process of students' internalization of physical culture values.
