Abstract
This article is devoted to new documentation related to the Russian writers Boris Pasternak and Boris Zaitsev. More specifically, the author introduces and analyzes Zaitsev’s writings about Pasternak and their correspondence. The contribution contains an unpublished article by Zaitsev. The article, which is titled ‘The Phenomenon of Emigration in Russia in the Twentieth Century and the Inner Emigrant Boris Pasternak’, was discovered by the author in the Mariia Olsuf’eva Collection in the Vieusseux Archive of Contemporary History (Archivio Contemporaneo del Gabinetto G P Vieusseux) in Florence.
