Abstract

The article discusses the features of interaction between an industrial enterprise and a freight forwarding company in the conditions of the modern market. The article was compiled taking into account changes in the transport services market in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic and the current geopolitical situation. The paper substantiates the importance of transport logistics for an enterprise engaged in the production and marketing of products based on the experience of highly developed countries. The article notes that there is a certain relationship between the value of logistics costs and the number of sales, on the basis of which, with a decrease in the level of logistics costs, there is a strong increase in the company’s sales. The paper presents the stages of the work of an industrial enterprise with the introduction of the services of a freight forwarding company. The main attention in the work is paid to the study of the route for the delivery of goods from Italy to Russia through Kazakhstan, for which a scheme was drawn up and the nuances were described.
