Abstract

The oil and gas complex, which continues to be the engine of development of the state's economy, is one of the main customers in the training of highly qualified personnel. Projects implemented in the oil and gas industry in modern macroeconomic conditions are no longer technologically simple: digital twins, rotary controlled systems, underwater production complexes, digital twins and many other technological innovations are used in the fields. Forming a system for training highly qualified personnel to work on these projects is a joint task for the Russian education system, science, as well as the real sector of the economy. The publication, using the example of projects implemented in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, formulates the main tasks for training personnel for the oil and gas complex, and also proposes approaches to the formation of an effective personnel training management system for energy companies.
