Abstract
The article is devoted to the professional reliability of officers of the National Guard troops in general, the criteria for its assessment and forecasting in particular. This area of research in the context of modern military threats is of particular importance for improving the effectiveness of the psychological support system both at the stage of professional psychological selection and further psychological support. The results of a retrospective analysis of psychodiagnostic indicators of professional psychological selection of two groups of subjects with different levels of professional reliability (n = 39 and n = 50) with a total sample of the examined (n = 221) are presented. As a result, 18 psychodiagnostic indicators were identified, which, in accordance with the design of the study, have the potential to further assess and predict the professional reliability of officers of the National Guard troops.
