Abstract
Building Information Modeling (BIM) and lifecycle management (PLM) is becoming an innovative way of virtual design and project management. In recent years, corresponding successes have been achieved in the field of modeling, analysis, design, monitoring and maintenance of facilities. The construction industry is currently undergoing a transition to a life-cycle-oriented design philosophy.
This study examines the modeling of the life cycle of a building at the stage of design, operation and reconstruction in the Revit software package.
