Abstract

The article describes the possibility of the impact of changes in transport fares and other monetary costs of passengers and drivers on the formation of preferences when choosing the options of transport movements around the city (agglomeration) by traffic participants. Different types of tariffs are considered in terms of their suitability as levers of influence on this choice, provided the socio-economic requirements are met. Mathematical models are presented that can be used to predict demand for and influence transport services, as well as to make up for insufficient empirical data on the characteristics of the transport system.
