Abstract
The authors analyze the issues related to administrative offenses and administrative responsibility for sea and inland water transport. The article reveals certain questions of qualification of administrative offenses in this sphere. Exploring scientific concepts, regulations and enforcement practices authors offer some changes aimed at improvement of standards of the administrative legislation.
