Abstract
The article is devoted to the topic of the need to choose between regulation and stimulation of companies operating in the field of non-ferrous and ferrous metallurgy, in the context of sustainable development initiatives, ESG and circular economy. The main focus is on alternative RDF fuel. Along with regulating the activities of companies in this industry, of particular interest is stimulating their transition to secondary consumption of resources and other green energy initiatives.
