Statement of the problem. The socio-economic development of Russia requires training of engineering personnel at a new level. In the aspect of these requirements, it becomes necessary to solve the problems of designing the educational process based on the synthesis of context and interdisciplinary approaches in the application of information and communication technologies. This approach allows us to model elements of future professional activity in the educational process based on the integration of mathematical, cross-disciplinary and informational knowledge and skills of students. To control the effectiveness of this process and to manage it, it is advisable to use monitoring of students, competencies as educational results. The purpose of the article is to develop a technique for monitoring the results of teaching mathematics for university students on the basis of test and rating control technologies in the context of using an electronic educational resource. The potential of monitoring the educational results of future bachelors of the forest industry from the position of a competence-based approach has been identified. A technique is proposed for monitoring the results of teaching mathematics for university students in the context of an electronic educational resource based on test and rating technology, criteria-based and personality-oriented approaches. Conclusion. Monitoring the results of teaching mathematics to university students specializing in Engineering as part of a distance learning course allows us to quickly assess the level of formation of students, competencies, carry out correction of the learning process and self-study and improve the quality of mathematical preparation of students.
