Abstract

The article examines the essence of productive training, reveals the specifics of using productive training methods in the training of future pilots of the Civil Aviation of Ukraine. The characteristics of the stages of the application of productive training methods in the training of future pilots of the Civil Aviation of Ukraine are given. Today, among the priority directions of modern research in the system of higher education, the problem of the quality of training of CA pilots has emerged as the most urgent. In addition, global challenges have put forward clear requirements for the theory and practice of pedagogy and psychology regarding the development of an appropriate concept of the quality of education of aviation personnel, new approaches to its implementation in the educational process. According to scientists, productive learning in higher education institutions is aimed at the organization of educational activities that contribute to the creation of problem situations under the guidance of the teacher, and the active independent activity of students to solve them. The result of this is the acquisition of knowledge, skills, abilities, competences, the development of various personal abilities. The goals, content, stages, methods and forms of productive training of future pilots are substantiated. Pedagogical conditions for ensuring the success of the application of methods of productive training of cadets in the disciplines of the Department of Flight Operation and Flight Safety are proposed. Cognitive methods as methods of educational cognition are divided into forecasting, heuristic observation, empathy, the method of facts, the method of errors, the method of semantic vision, the method of constructing concepts and rules, the method of symbolic vision, the method of hypotheses. Creative methods include methods of hyperbolization, "brainstorming", the method of inventing. The following were proposed as the main types of tasks for training cadets: analytical and synthetic tasks, including the collection, analysis and generalization of information on flight safety, professional interaction, creating a hierarchy of types of tasks by complexity; applied professionally oriented tasks that have a clear practical orientation, structure and algorithm; creative projects aimed at the development of partial professionally important qualities and abilities.
