Abstract

Revealing the complexity of the formation of a new Russian society, the author focuses on the study of the variety alternating anthropo-sociocultural traumas and the upsurges in the life activity of the Russian population. He considers the civil-social culture of the Russian population`s interaction with society as the relevant source of these traumas and upsurges, and characterizes this type of culture as contradictory one: in external functions – flexibly collecting ethnic groups, and in internal – being routine-symbiotic, traumatic. The pulsar of its historical events has arisen: “trauma – rise – trauma...” In order to develop a humanistic society and a socially strong welfare state, it is necessary to establish a new civil-social culture among the Russian population – a composite-reach culture that gathers various ethnic groups and regions more effectiveiy. The All-Civil Enlightenment, conceived in the sense of I. Kant and implemented through the ordinary processes of socialization of the individual, can be a way of its rooting.
