Abstract

The article analyzes and comparatively assesses the risks of full-cycle metallurgical compa-nies on the example of PJSC Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine (PJSC NLMK) that arise during the transition of organizations in this industry to the principles of sustainable development. As a result of a comparative assessment of the analyzed risks, the dominant ones are determined by the degree of significance (danger) for the company. In the process of the organization's transition to ESG (environmental, social, governance) standards, it is recommended to manage these dominant risks as a priority.
