Abstract

The emergence of a new coronavirus infection has become not only the cause of a pandemic in the world, but also a condition for the global restructuring of the functioning of medical institutions, which directly affected the formation of psycho-traumatic conditions in which doctors are forced to work. These conditions affect the psycho-emotional state and health of doctors, especially young medical residents. In turn, mental health disorders can provoke a number of reductions in professional duties that affect the effectiveness of treatment, the performance of professional functions and an increase in the likelihood of errors, which in turn poses a threat to both the health of medical workers and the safety of patients.
