Abstract

The article discusses the main activities of the Russian Orthodox Church in the field of education of children and youth in the 2000s. The position of the main aspects of the Russian Orthodox Church in the field of family policy is characterized. The key issues and trends in the context of socio-political processes are examined.
 In particular, the initiation of cooperation with public organizations, private time preventive programs for families and protection of motherhood are considered.
