Abstract
In the article analysed causes the confrontation between Rivne soviet partisan units and Ukrainian rebels. It is shown that Bolsheviks got ahead of OUN(b) in deployment of partisan movement. Causes of the struggle for territory of influence between soviet partisan units and UPA are established. There are brought that the confrontation between red partisans and Ukrainian rebels in Rivne region had deployed predominately in Dubrovytsya and Volodymyrets' districts.
