Abstract
In order for humans to enjoy a healthy lifestyle, physical and mental health must be in harmony. Middle-aged women face conflict and difficulties. In this study, it is meaningful to confirm the relationship between psychological crisis, psychological well-being, and bondage and It was necessary to attempt a study on whether leisure experience would have a positive effect. 243 copies of data were collected for middle-aged women aged 40 to 60 and A structural equation model (SEM) was performed using IBM SPSS Amos 20.0 and χ² difference verification was performed to verify the moderating effect. First, the psychological sense of crisis in middle-aged women showed negative (-) significant predictive power in psychological well-being. Second, it was found that the psychological sense of crisis showed positive (+) significant predictive power in the sense of bondage. Third, it was found that leisure experience had a moderating effect in the relationship between psychological crisis and psychological well-being. Fourth, it was found that leisure experience had a positive buffering effect in the relationship between psychological crisis and bondage.
