Создание объединенных архивов судов как способ реализации новейших форм работы с архивными документами

Abstract

The task of creating joint archives of courts is one of the most important promising directions for improving archival records in the courts of the Russian Federation. The most important status of this task is indicated by its adoption by an elected body of the judicial community – the Council of Judges of the Russian Federation. Implementation of the idea of concentrating archival documents in regional departmental centers of information storage on the performed proceedings has a high degree of relevance due to: 1) creation of the necessary conditions for storage of court documents, and, first of all, permanent storage terms; 2) ensuring unification in the management of archival records and proper control system; 3) wide introduction of information technologies in the work with archive storage units documenting the content of the proceedings. This will require the development of additional legal regulations on the basis of their position in the field of security judicial activities. Now interaction bases, as with vessels – sour ces of completing of the joint archival fund (fondoobrazovatel), and with authorized bodies of executive power in territorial subjects of the Russian Federation which by the legislation in these territorial units, are competent of questions of the organization of archiving and also with the relevant state (municipal) archives are not defined.
