Abstract

The renewal of social processes in Ukraine has necessitated the revision of the current system of the future teachers’ training for the educational work in a modern school. The formation of a new vision of the perspectives of the pedagogical profession, the attractiveness of the professional career of a teacher, and the prestige of obtaining a pedagogical education in Ukraine needs to overcome a number of contradictions and problems. At the new stage of the educational process, a teacher’s example, which is intended to interest the child, will become the key educational element. Hence the state and degree of the future teacher’s readiness for the educational work with pupils becomes actual. A systematic axiological knowledge is needed to identify the value orientations for the further development of education, which will allow to preserve the traditional humanistic values of the native pedagogical theory and practice and use them effectively in a modern Ukrainian school modernizing. The system approach makes it possible to structure the educational process and distinguish its components, to discover the system of notions about it on the base of one or several scientific paradigms. According to the main principles of the synergetic methodology, it is not necessary to impose the ways of his professional development on the student, but to create as many conditions and opportunities as possible for the self-development of his personality within the limits of the socio-cultural norms and moral values. The subjective-activity approach to the future teachers’ training for the educational work should be considered as a form of the future specialists’ subjective experience formation for solving the problems of the educational process of a new Ukrainian school. Professional training in a higher education institution should be designed as a developmental educational environment. Only a teacher who has such qualities himself can educate a creative, initiative, competitive and mobile personality of a democraticsociety. The environmental approach is a tool for finding new resources of future teachers’ training improving. The dialogizing of education is a leading methodological approach to the organization of education. The professionalism of the teacher’s education activity is an integral property, which at the same time means both the process and the result of the creative activity, the concentrated indicator of the educator’s personality-activity essence, caused by thedegree of realization of his moral maturity, responsibility, professional duty.
