Формы участия российских граждан в организации и осуществлении общественного контроля: публично-правовой анализ

Abstract

The article aims to give a comprehensive analysis of the forms of participation of Russian citizens in the im-plementation of public control. The paper examines the content of the concept of “the form of participation of Russian citizens in the organization and implementation of public control” in the context of its correlation with the concept of “form of public control”, and gives the author’s definition of these concepts. The article formaliz-es and analyzes the main problems associated with the consolidation in the current legislation and implemen-tation in practice of the forms of participation of Russian citizens in the implementation of public control. The author has developed and substantiated a system of measures to resolve these problems in order to ensure optimal conditions for the participation of Russian citizens in the organization and implementation of the insti-tute of public control and its activities with optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
