Abstract
The prerequisites for the modernization of the organizational and legal model of judicial control activity of courts of general jurisdiction are considered. The author examines the judicial control activity of courts of general jurisdiction in the focus of the doctrine of law enforcement constitutionalism. It is proposed to improve the organization of judicial control activities of courts of general jurisdiction taking into account the national trend towards digitalization of public practice.
