Abstract

Abstract Purpose of the Research Is to Examine the Relationship between Authentizotic Climate And Perceptions of Workers to Organizational Pride, Of A Sample Of Individuals Working For Egyptian Tourism Companies. Research Relied On A Descriptive Analytical Approach. A Questionnaire, Which Were Divided Into Two Parts, Were Designed And Distributed In First Part To Measure Authentizotic Climate, And Second Part To Measure Organizational Pride, To Gather Primary Data, And Its Validity And Reliability Were Verified. Research Was Conducted On One Sample Of 292 Individuals Working For Egyptian Tourism Companies category A. Research Reached Several Conclusions, Most Important Of Which Are: The Dimensions Of Organization’s Authentizotic Climate (Spirit Of Camaraderie, Opportunities For Learning And Personal Development) Have A Statistically Significant Impact On Emotional Organizational Pride In Companies Concerned, In When There Is No Effective Relationship Between (Trust And Credibility Of Leaders, Open And Frank Communication With Leader, Fairness/Justice, Work–Family Conciliation) And Emotional Organizational Pride. Also Dimension Of Organization’s Authentizotic Climate (Opportunities For Learning And Personal Development) Have A Statistically Significant Impact On Attitudinal Organizational Pride In Companies Concerned, In When There Is No Effective Relationship Between (Spirit Of Camaraderie, Trust And Credibility Of Leaders, Open And Frank Communication With Leader, Fairness/Justice, Work– Family Conciliation) And Attitudinal Organizational Pride
