Abstract

This article analyzes the concept of administrative liability of legal and official persons for traffic violations. The authors examine in detail the key characteristics of administrative liability, including its emergence, application, and procedures, as well as shed light on the application of this type of liability to individuals and legal entities. Special attention is given to the analysis of the development of administrative liability in the field of traffic based on current legislation. The article also discusses the problem of the absence of a formal definition of the concept of “administrative liability” in legislation and presents various academic interpretations of this concept.
