Abstract
The article deals with some aspects of the comparative analysis of the pedagogically valuable experience of the organization of pedagogical collaboration between the school and the students’ parents in Ukraine (on the example of V. Sukhomlynskiy’s experience) and Finland. It has been revealed that the basis of the organization of such collaboration involves the basic principles: individualization and equality, humanization and high degree of trust in education, the principle of the developing environment, recognition of the need for a high level of competence and the teachers’ labour remuneration. In the article, the author has noted that the Finnish experience of organizing the pedagogical collaboration between the school and the students’ parents through the intercommunication is valuable for the Ukrainian school. Conferences for teachers and parents are an example of the interaction between teachers and parents. Attention is drawn to the fact that in Finland education of parents involves not only the transfer of knowledge, but also the formation of pedagogical competencies, popularization of the positive experience of family education. The analysis of the theoretical works of native and foreign experts testifies that in the context of the study the experience of Finland is valuable from the point of view of the organization of feedback in the system “a teacher – the child’s parents”, the orientation is the real request of the labor market, the focus of the teachers’ and parents’ collaboration to develop the child’s competence of a successful life rather than the experience of overcoming the problems and socio-pedagogical crises. Also, in the article the following features of the organization of pedagogical cooperation between the Finnish school and family are considered important. The individuality of the educational program for each child determines the individual approach to the formation of the content of learning, namely, specifies which manuals and educational books are better to use, the nature and content of exercises, the number and difficulty of classroom and home tasks, the time provided to fulfil them for each child separately. Such a program is developed on the basis of previous psychological and pedagogical observations, the study of the child’s immediate environment. It has been indicated that similar experience was also realized in Pavlysh Secondary School, where V. Sukhomlynskiy promoted ideas of the individual approach. The author has emphasized that the development of the problems of the pedagogical collaboration between the school and the students’ parents in order to form a common educational environment was reflected in the pedagogical work of Vasyl Sukhomlynskiy, in particular in the books “To Children I Give My Heart”, “The Birth of a Citizen”, “Pavlysh Secondary School”, “The Spiritual world of a School Student”.
