Abstract
The results of works complex on modernization of the frequency converter of the electric power units No. 1 and No. 2 compressor station Paveletskaya Putyatinskaya branch LPDMGPL Gazprom Transgaz Moscow, LLC are given. Two thyristor frequency converters TFC-10/25000 were installed and put into operation, designed for smooth start and frequency control of synchronous motors of the 4B 284-02H type with a capacity of 25 MW, each. The converters were developed and manufactured by the research and production enterprise NPP LM InverterLLC. The development is based on modern domestic power elements using its own microprocessor control system, which made it possible to implement effective principles for regulating the performance of gas compressors and control the parameters and condition of all converter components, archiving events and exchanging information with the automatic control system of gas pumping units. Frequency converters TFC-10/25000 are the largest, developed and manufactured in Russia, semiconductor converters for synchronous electric drive.
