Abstract
The article proposes the design of the power supply, using as a current source electrochemical cell located outside the robust housing of the device. In this case, the device body can be used as one of the electrodes. The possibility of using a source of seawater as an electrolyte for powering devices has been practically tested. The developed power supply is completely safe during transportation by any mode of transport as part of the devices. The design does not require additional maintenance of the device during storage, transportation and measurements. The source allows to reduce the size, reduce the cost and improve the usability and reliability of marine devices.
