Abstract

There is a description of two clinical cases of a new coronavirus infection COVID-19 in patients with a history of heart transplantation. Patients who receive immunosuppressants for life are at risk of developing infectious diseases. This requires the vigilance of doctors, especially in the face of a pandemic of a new coronavirus infection. Adequate and timely started therapy increases the effectiveness of treatment and reduces the risk of complications. The complex participation of different specialists is necessary to determine the tactics of treatment, correct pathogenetic and suppressive therapy. © 2021 Sovero Press Publishing House.
