Abstract
The article reveals the regulatory framework of the professional ethics of teachers in China in the new era. The authors examine thoroughly the vision, the models and the concepts that form the basis of the Teachers’ code of professional ethics in China and mark its characteristics and specifics. A comparative approach is used in representing the common features and the specifics of law regulations related to the attitude of society towards teachers and their professional ethics in Bulgaria and in China. The analysis can be used as a basis for further research.
