Abstract
The paper considers the issue of taking into account the concept of improving the quality of working life when adjusting the Russian labor legislation in connection with the special military operation. The problems of labor legislation related to ensuring the rights and guarantees of workers taking part in a special military operation, improvement of working conditions of their families are discussed. Both positive and problematic sides of changes in the Russian labor legislation aimed at implementing the concept of improving the quality of working life are analyzed. Proposals for the adjustment of problematic norms in the legislation are contained.
