Abstract

The article examines some theoretical aspects of the influence of the practice of interstate human rights bodies on the national legislation of states. The article analyzes the conditions under which it is possible to implement the positions of interstate human rights bodies in national legislation. And the conditions under which this practice does not conflict with the sovereign rights of the state.
