Abstract

In that work, the influence of the compositional composition of black cumin oil extract on the parameters of blood coagulation in male non-linear white rats was studied. A suspension of thrombin was injected into the jugular vein of laboratory animals, thereby initiating a hypercoagulable state. The parameters of platelet and plasma hemostasis were evaluated in blood plasma. A decrease in the degree of activation of platelet and plasma hemostasis was revealed, as well as an increase in the tolerance of the studied animals of the experimental group to the introduction of thrombin. Thus, Nigella Sativa seed oil has been found to have anticoagulant and antiaggregatory effects
