Abstract

Effective interaction between pedagogical universities and employers is a prerequisite for the full development of the system of higher pedagogical education and the pedagogical labor market in Russia. The relevance of the study is due to the need to find ways to implement personalized training for future teachers with the involvement of practitioners in the field of education. The article is devoted to the psychological, pedagogical and methodological issues of the formation of flexible skills of students in the context of interaction between a pedagogical university and educational organizations. Purpose of the study is modeling an interactive personalized environment when training a modern teacher in an educational partnership. The tasks solved by the authors within the framework of the project were to study the ideas of a teacher of a pedagogical university and students about flexible skills, diagnostics of flexible skills, the formation of flexible skills of future teachers in compliance with the principles of personalized learning in cooperation with educational organizations. The result of the work was the creation of a databank of diagnostic procedures to determine the professional deficiencies of future teachers and practitioners in the field of education, the conduct of educational activities in the interaction of university teachers and educational organizations.
