Abstract

The nutritional value of pork as a food product is quite high. This product is a complete component of the nutritional balance with the necessary supply of valuable nutrients, in particular, of protein origin. Pig breeding has a fairly high degree of distribution in our country. Along with industrial farms, farms are becoming the most promising and in demand. Analyzing statistical studies, a positive dynamic of the contribution of farms to the livestock sector of the agro-industrial complex of our country was revealed. So, the share of farms engaged in raising farm animals in 2011 was 8.9%, and in 2020 it increased almost 1.6 times, which amounted to 14%. One of the urgent problems of modern pig breeding is a violation in the diet of both adult animals and piglets. The consequence of irrational nutrition is a decrease in production indicators, diseases of the digestive system, and in some cases the death of animals. That is why the complex of knowledge about the characteristics of the digestive system of piglets and adults is of particular importance. The purpose of the study is to give a comparative analysis of the morphological state of the digestive system of pigs grown in industrial and farm conditions. The data obtained indicate the influence of the type of diet on the morphological state of the digestive system organs of pigs used in the conditions of industrial and farm animal rearing.
