Abstract

The results of the study of the exterior features of complex hybrids and their purebred peers are presented. Purebred katadins surpass their Romanov counterparts in live weight at 6 days of age by 1.49 kg (37.7%), at 42 days of age by 3.28 kg (35.6%), complex hybrids in argali by 1.32 kg (32%) and 3.16 kg (33.9%) (p 0.05), respectively
