Abstract

The article analyzes the absolute and relative dynamics of individual housing lending indicators. The regulatory legal context of the individual housing lending market is examined, and legislative measures that could contribute to its more intensive and high-quality development (in particular, escrow accounts) are considered. Attention is paid to a number of preferential mortgage lending instruments, in particular, housing certificates. A conclusion is drawn about the prospects for the development of individual housing lending in Russia.
